Overall good experience with this app. The variables settings options are helpful but we wanted more specific features so had to change alot of things in the code. At least the code is editable and customer service has been excellent! Only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of more customisable invoice layout options via the settings menu rather than change the template code.

This is a super well designed and fun app to use! Most of the functions are very intuitive and it saves so much time compiling products and I love the global price variation option to apply a different rate which can also be modified manually afterwards. The app designer, Dominik, gave me prompt, excellent customer service too! I would definitely recommend this app for all its cool features and functionality.

Rhedd provided excellent support (even though the chat dropped out multiple times on my end!) and ensured everything was done and connected properly before he left. Best customer service I've encountered in a long time. Loved dealing with Mailchimp.

Once we know what to do, the app works well! I had an issue with download links appearing twice on the customer's email but it has now disappeared.. Only early days of using this app but working as expected so far!
