We experienced the same issue. More than 60 collections were deleted across several of our stores, and it will take days to rebuild everything. What is particularly concerning is how an email app, which otherwise performs well in its core function, has the ability to delete critical store data. This should simply not be possible.... Will need compenstation for this.

This app is absolutely fantastic! It’s super user-friendly, packed with useful features, and incredibly easy to set up. The fact that it’s free makes it even better. Out of all the apps I’ve tried, this is by far the best option if you want to create labels for your collection or product pages. I use this filter plugin across nine of my Shopify stores and I can confidently say it’s the best filter solution out there. It works flawlessly on both desktop and mobile. With mobile being so important these days, that’s a big plus. Setting up the filters can be a bit tricky at first, but the support team is fantastic. They’re responsive, knowledgeable and really help make sure everything integrates smoothly across desktop and mobile. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-supported filter plugin, I can highly recommend this one.

I must say that this is one of the best plugins if you have products that have multiple options / variants. Basically I have tried every app in the appstore but this one has by far the best functions and features. Support is also fast when I had an issue that needed to be solved.
