She was able to answer my questions and provide me links for more info if I needed. I have used the app for a long time and have seen improvement on my SEO. It's nice that it's automated and works for me when I am not working.

I reached out on the chat and they had refreshed my shop before responding to me a minute or two after I reached out. I very appreciate the quick service a lot. Thank you!

Somehow I had goofed up my reviews. I reached out and asked if there was a way to fix it. Less than 10 minutes later I had an email saying it was fixed. I refreshed my website and it was fixed. Thank you so much! I was expecting to get directions to do it myself. Having it done for me so fast was incredible. Thank you for such great service. Judge.me has been a great app for my shop. I am new to the app so I don't have a lot of feedback on how it works. BUT I do have 5 stars to give for the customer service in helping me set up the widget. I didn't like the location of the widget, emailed asking them to move it, it was done in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.
