If you are looking for 1.18 x .78 price labels on roll, they don't offer that size.

It is expected that only certain label sizes are supported for use with the app, a full list of which can be seen here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/sell-in-person/hardware/barcode-printer/retail-barcode-labels#supported-label-sizes. Webgility is a godsend for those that need to keep their counts in sync between a retail store and an online website...so important to prevent overselling. I've been working with Webgility for almost a year. Recently, while having a sync problem, I worked with Pawan to get the problem resolved with Quickbooks. He and his team worked with me on the problem until it was resolved and now we are back up and running again.
