We've experienced a 300% lift in recovered carts. The agent has intelligent conversations with our customers. Some of them know she's an AI, but don't care. She is not pushy, insanely knowledgeable about our products and has been a huge hit amongst our customers. "When is Grace gonna call me??" is a thing we hear now. Crazy.
Incredibly fast tech support. Emailed after business hours on a Friday (US) and received an immediate reply, with a same-evening follow-up to my response. Would recommend!

This is the best bundles app for curated bundles. Does a perfect job of syncing our inventory when our bundled items are purchased. Very user friendly and the customer support is 10/10. Every store on Shopify has unique needs and the developer goes above and beyond to make sure you can use this for your store the way you need to.

I cannot say how pleased I am with Sid and this app. We've driven over $10k of revenue in a couple weeks. Here's what we did: 1 - Surveyed our customers and offered them $25 for taking surveys. We improved our businesses, and the AOV for the redeemed gift cards is over $200 2 - Started giving 10% cash back in our brick and mortar. The way the customer can get this is by registering on an iPad. Now we have our walk-in customers' information + marketing privileges 3 - Customer winback drip sequences. This has re-engaged churned customers unbelievably well. Don't think twice, just download this app and use Sid's genius to get you succeeding with it!
Does not work if you have a custom checkout.liquid page. We were really excited about this feature but unfortunately cannot use it. Hopefully, this is only temporary.

The app works pretty well given the limitations I think Shopify creates. There are little intricacies like it does not work from a draft order and some CSS that I didn't love, but support has been fantastic. Harpreet and Challi both made the adjustments to make it perfect for me, and for that reason I am a 5-star review all day!
