David was super responsive and got us additional credits in 2 minutes. This was the first time I've had to request the additional credits and I fully expected to have to pay for an upgraded tier like most apps. But to be able to simply make a request and continue the efforts without spending $$ and extra time doing upgrades.. THAT ROCKS!!!! Thanks Commerce Plus.
Quick, Efficient, Friendly. Install was easy, Alex helped me make sure we got our site verified. Took all of about 3 minutes. Somebody make sure Alex gets a FREE coffee/smoothie/lunch/something... get Alex "something" more than just a pat on the back and "good job".

We reviewed the app in the Shopify App Store, had a couple of quick questions and the Elastic Software support member replied in less than 3 hours. After we installed the app, we were running some testing. We preferred to have the Pop-Up notification appear as items were added to the customer's cart, rather than as the customer "proceeds to check out". Andrew with Elastic responded to my request, and had the code swapped to work as we desired within an hour. Somebody get that guy Free Lunch!!! We'll be fully implementing the app by this afternoon. Fully satisfied.
