I've been using this app for a while but wasn't using any of the extra tools they offer (@ no charge). I'm a bit technically challenged sometimes so I reached out for some guides & chatted with Joseph who was very patient & understanding. He guided me to the links I would need to use to get the extra tools to work & let me know they are there if I run into any issues.
I have used Data Export to create many of my own reports and have needed assistance with a few too and every time I have chatted with them, they are always very helpful & quick to assist. I would recommend this app to everyone who needs to create any kind of report. They have so many pre-created reports too for all areas of your shopify business.
I've been using Trunk to sync my Etsy & Shopify shops since May 2019 before Truck had even been approved as an available app on Shopify. I have never had any issues... I've had a few questions & James has always been super quick to respond & walk me through whatever changes needed to be made. I never worry about my inventory being incorrect& the price for this kind of service can't be beat.
