I am brand spankin' new to Refersion, and John helped me through a critical step so our affiliates could start earning their well-earned compensation. He was fast, and provided details and screen shots so I could complete the job. Thank you john!

Customer service is top notch. Pauline had our issues handled within hours. Implementation was simple and straightforward. I do hope that the "gift a subscription" feature is in the works :)
