Support is top notch!! (Thanks Julian) I had some extensive requests and whatever he could do, he did WELL, and anything that was not (yet) possible, he sent requests in for possible future options. So far, this looks great!

This app works well. The customer service and support is great. The only issue we ever have is in explaining to customers how to pull up their information but that's not the fault of the app as I find it very easy to use. I recently updated my store theme and the app stopped working but within 15 min chat with support this got it working again. So yes, I would recommend this app.
I am happy with this app and the function of it. I had a question and the support team responded and helped me within 1 business day so overall happy with support and the app.
This app works great. I am overall very happy with the app, and recently I had a small issue with the testimonials linking and I contacted support and within 1-2 days they had it fixed. The support is top notch.
