No easy way to cancel. Businesses should be penalized if the cancel button isnt easily findable in settings or plan/ billing. OCU doesnt.

Had a bit of trouble getting things set up, but the customer service agent got me sorted quickly. Having an app that will actually respond and take care of an issue right away is most important.

Zipify has emailed asking to leave a review so they can improve on things. I've had this app for a few months now. It doesn't really have the functionality that I would like and have brought this up with CS before. It would be great to be able to add a whole category/collection to the upsells as a shop like mine is constantly turning over product with new seasons and styles and there are not a lot of things that stay in stock all the time. For instance would be great to pair a t-shirt upsell with boardshorts, but can't really do that with the current functions as the tee I choose could be gone of have very few sizes left. I haven't had any results with any AI options yet. The only thing I can consistently seem to upsell is a $10 air freshener which some people tack on. I keep getting emails about thank you page upsells but I don't really want random companies that I have no control over popping up in advertising related to my business. I am getting a few upsells but I think the social media ads and hooks to sell this app are better than the app itself. Another online business I am involved in is getting no love form the app but we used it for a promotion to get people to tack on a free beanie to a hoodie purchase, so it was a handy function but didn't generate any revenue

If you've been in the D2C space for more than 30 seconds, you know who Ezra Firestone is. He needs no introduction. The OCU app and team are the absolute best in the game. Waste your time trying to find someone better or use OCU and start making more money. The OCU team has provided next level support, not just on technical setup but actually spending time in our store, setting up split tests, adding custom features to the cart for us and working hard to make us more money on every transaction. We can't recommend them enough. I have no idea who the second best cart / upsell provider is, and frankly I don't care. Working with the best has saved us so much time and made us tens of thousands of dollars of incremental revenue. 10/10. Since then, they have surged past competitors with an all-in-one app. This cut down on our funnel set up and evaluation time, as we can see results from one dashboard instead of 2 or 3 apps. One Click Upsell is an easy app to use and configure. The post purchase upsell help us to raise the value of the average cart. A must-have app.

I had a bit of trouble installing it but the live chat helped me do it with ease. In just a few hours I have already had 2 successful upsells which is amazing.

Customer service was quick and able to diagnose and help me fix my problem

I've used this app for many years. In the past few weeks, upsell payments stopped being captured completely - every order has an upsell, but no payment. The developer claims they cannot troubleshoot or do anything about this. Unless you want to process all payments manually, look elsewhere.

This app in non-negotiable for any ecommerce brand now - we're getting 15% conversion rate on the post purchase upsell and those orders are now highly profitable. I think this is one of the best (and easiest) ways to mitigate the rising cost of acquisition on Google, and I simply would not start a new site without it. Not sure how it works with higher ticket premium items (AOV £400+) but for us it's perfect. Also - shout out to support who respond very quickly with any questions. At this point (1 month in) I have nothing negative to report at all. high quality app, and the main guy, Ezra is a legit ecom operator who knows how to sell online, so everything in the app seems grounded in best practice. Yeah, highly recommend. Thanks guys

With 9 books currently in my thriller series, pricing that number became a challenge with sales declining with readers reluctant to purchase the entire bundle. On the advice of several other authors, I reduced the number to 6 books (for a more appealing price) but then added an upsell of the remaining titles. Colleagues recommended One Click Upsell -- Zipify OCU to my Shopify page. I've had the APP installed for not quite a week and am already impressed with the results. Granted, not many sales yet...but 66.67% conversion upsell on Ebooks, 50% on audio, and...(gasp!) 100% on print. Hoping this continues...it's a game changer!
