We have extensive theme integration documentation, which we have offered to help implement for you, to solve the issue for the one order that had an issue for your store. Tippy was absolutely wonderful and fantastic... and kind and compassionate. I needed to quickly set things up and was walked through in a very clear and reassuring way. I am excited to start using the app, Tippy made all kinds of potential uses clear to me that I didn't know we could use.
So far so good. Ive had a little bit of a learning curve but so far the support has been amazing and fast. To be honest, it seems like this will work for us to run a fairly straightforward referral program without any hassle. Definitely worth giving a shot. The fact that it allows for either auto-generated or single point coupons is a huge plus for us.
