Pretty versatile tool - provides the option for deeper customization for the tech-savvy but remains entirely straightforward for the average person. Customer support is great and knowledgeable. Only downside is the price-tag being a bit unreasonable for most merchants.
Needed a couple of tweaks made when we first downloaded the app and customer service was on top of it. Fast response and took care of the problem right away.
