One word: Amazing! For a long time I knew I needed a field for text for custom engraving, but I constantly put off the chore, thinking it would be difficult, time consuming, expensive to implement. As I received more and more requests for engraving, I realized I needed to fix this and so I searched for a solution. Someone on a forum mentioned Easify. Well, I can not believe how simple it was to implement exactly what I needed it to do: about five minutes max! I basically have about 130 products, split into two groups (ie, those that can have up to 20 characters, and those with up to 50 characters of engraving). It was a cinch to make two different set of rules with this app, and I know it works perfectly, as orders are already coming in with the requested engraving clearly highlighted for me. My minimal needs have been more than met, and for no cost (thank you support for keeping a great, free option!). I would give this app more than five stars, if I could. So pleased! Update, May 20, 2026. Ran into a snag with the customization, and, once again, the team at Easify were terrific. Kat kept at it until the issue was fully resolved. Fantastic support.

I am absolutely blown away by this app, and even more so by Jayden with such fast, clear, comprehensive assistance. The app was installed by me with the utmost ease. The only issue was that all my products are unique, so I think there was a small challenge in the system finding matches for reviews. Jayden got in touch with me immediately, on his own initiative, and while I went grocery shopping he fixed everything up just exactly the way I wanted it to look. So great! I can not express how excellent this app is (I used it to pull reviews from Etsy), and how exceptional the customer support is. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Update after longer use. When revising my website, I also looked more closely at Wise Reviews, and discovered it could be tuned to function even better for my needs. Some simple adjustments, and it is looking perfect. Also edited, and activated, the automatic requests for customer's reviews, and this is bringing in many more reviews— a very valuable (and, sadly, long-neglected by me) feature.

Fantastic customer service through Chat. Appears simple to install, but after reflection I decided that for now my website is working really well, and so I did not fully install. But I was terribly impressed by the customer support.
