Priced out of the app. I was a loyal user of this app, but they increased their rates while decreasing the benefits. As a struggling business, I could not afford the rate increase and lost all access to my customer data, including their loyalty points.
Great support! Very happy with this app. Makes it much easier for customers to determine products that are online only.

I rarely restock, because I don't want to be stuck with inventory, but this app has helped me gauge interest and make informed buying decisions. Installs easy.
Setting up my app was so easy to do with Vajro. I can’t believe that within a few hours, I was ready to launch. And the customer service team is amazing! They are always quick to respond, even if it’s just to say they are looking in to a solution. That is so appreciated. I love how aesthetically pleasing my app is, how well it syncs with Shopify, and all the integrations with other Shopify apps.
I would give this app a 5 star review but is does not integrate with ShopPay and PayPal payments. It was easy to install and easy for customers to use, but does not fulfill my needs because of the lack of integration with all payments.
This app makes it much easier for me to label and manage my inventory, but I wish I had more control over the layout of the labels.
