Great App ★ Phenomenal Support Easy to setup and user friendly. Only had one issue with stars not showing up on certain products. Martin ★★★★ cleared everything up in no time. Think it might have been an issue with our theme but he resolved it anyway. Highly recommend!!
As others have mentioned, having Route as an extra layer of protection for our orders has been helpful. The CSMs we have worked with are quick to handle issues within the app or specific order situations. Keep up the great job and here's to a successful Q4!

Still waiting over an hour for responses, when their SLA is much lower. Discount did not work at all for customers. Code is not editable on our end.
Brilliant App w/ Phenomenal Support! Latest Updates are amazing. Over the top support at lightning speed via Chat!! By far the most amazing support I've ever experienced here especially with a Free App. They were more than friendly & quick to respond with our only issue when upgrading theme. Resolving before our theme developer even answered the same email. Highly recommend this app and company
