We do occasionally have connection issues that need to be reset, however I do find that the support team is quite helpful. Most recently, Francis was a great help and resolved our concerns in a timely manner. Thank you.

We were really pleased with the support from Yotpo. We had an issue updating the FAQ and they were hands-on in their response and the issue was resolved easily and quickly.
