All I can say is that Pearl was Absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was very patient with me and made sure that I fully understood what she was telling me. I was a bit confused about something's and she not only responded back by text, but she also sent me examples of things that would be helpful to me. She also emailed me the information, which is great because that way I can have access to that information in the future. She also took care of some technical issues while we were chatting. She even brought to my attention about the cohesiveness on my website, as far as, how some of the widgets would appear and she fixed it. As a business owner it felt great to know that Pearl had my best interest with not just resolving my issue, but also with making sure that my website maintained a professional appearance. I just want to say that Beran was AMAZING!!!! Ironically, but fortunately I was able to speak with Beran again tonight for a different issue. And just like in the past....well, lets just say he superseded what he did the other day. Let me tell you that he was GREAT the last time, but tonight he was Super-Fabulous!!!! He was very attentive. Answered all of my questions and made sure that before we got off of the phone that my issue had been resolved. He even sent me a short video to walk me step by step for additional assistance.
