I'm using ReferralCandy to help us with a Refer a Friend program. We're a new start-up company and have tried other apps, but didn't receive much support. I used this app to help export daily reports from our Shopify site to our fulfillment center. We are a start-up company and tried two other app developers, who were not responsive and could not help us. Clement has been very responsive, helpful and seems to understand exactly what we need. It's great to find someone who is friendly, supportive and very knowledgable.

I tried to contact Exportable twice but they didn't get back to me until the middle of the night both times. Then, they didn't solve my problem either time. The app never worked. As a start-up company with no real tech support, we really count on a quick response. It's frustrating to have to wait when you need a file exported soon and it could be a quick fix on their end.
