Really great personal service. Harry and Ann were super polite, sent Looms and instructional videos/guides to resolve my problems. Can't really believe that level of service is included!

I am a first-time user, and Lukas was super helpful - he offered to provide some additional tweaking so I can get exactly what I want from my bundle. Plus, he let me know they have 24.7 support. Very helpful for someone in Australia!
