Was having an issue setting up a buy 3 get 1 free code and Naomi was very helpful in discovering the issue and helping my site run better. As far as the app goes, there is a lot of functionality we are not taking advantage of, so its a bit pricey for what we are needing. But the support is definitely there for the price.

Been using the app for a few years and there have been very few hiccups, and when there are--the customer service team is very helpful.
Honestly extremely helpful and quick customer service. Anytime I have had a question or help request they have solved it for me within the hour. This app works well for the customizations I was seeking.
