ShipBob is lightyears ahead in terms of accuracy, reliability, and responsiveness compared to our previous 3PL. We used to have a fulfillment center that made constant errors on shipments, rarely responded to our queries, and lost many of our packages. ShipBob is almost the complete opposite. Their team is very responsive to requests and transparent with upfront pricing, and overall very accurate with shipments. Would highly recommend.

Will and his team were great in helping set us up for success with Fondue. Our conversion remained the same but helped us save plenty of costs. The whole process was seamless and super easy, would definitely recommend to any e-commerce brand.

Since day 1 the VideoWise team has been super helpful and responsive. Liana and Jide did an awesome job at immediately helping our brand place videos in the spots where we wanted it on our website and making impact. I love how the app doesn't actually slow down the website itself either despite having multiple videos uploaded. Definitely a game changer!
