Outstanding support from Katarina We run COVERAGE® Skincare and used Videowise for shoppable videos on our product pages. We had a billing concern around usage charges we hadn't expected, and Katarina Marinkovic from the Customer Success team handled it brilliantly. She listened, understood our situation as a cash-on-delivery store in Pakistan, and resolved it fairly and quickly as a favour to us. When a follow-up issue came up, she sorted that too, with no back and forth. It's rare to deal with someone who treats a small brand with this much care. Thank you, Katarina. We have been using Videowise for some time now and have been very pleased with the platform. The shoppable video features have been especially valuable, and the ability to seamlessly link and embed videos wherever needed has made implementation incredibly efficient for our team. We have also utilized the Live feature in the past, which made streaming across multiple platforms simple and effective. A special thank you to Carlos for his outstanding support throughout our experience. He has consistently been responsive, proactive, and incredibly helpful whenever assistance was needed. We truly appreciate all of his support.
We have been using VIdeowise for a bit now and have been happy with the results. The videos look great on our stores and we have seen positive results from the A/B testing. This is not another app without support- VideoWise actually cares to improve conversion and site engagement and act as a true partner to Skullcandy. The VideoWise app and thier products have the right level of customization and content types to easily match our storefront video content needs. We rarely need dev support and when we do its a 5 minute update, not days of work with new page templates:) The admin is easy to use, we will continue improving our site with VideoWise!
We've had a great experience with Videowise, its let us utilize video way more on our site than we ever have in the past. Our fear was that video would slow down our site speed, but we haven't seen any issues now that we are hosting videos on the Videowise platform. We've also found some new wins with our shopable vidoes on the PDP - overall the app has been great for Legends, and we will continue to test it in new ways.

I love this app for my small shoe store. It's so easy to add small vids of the shoes being worn & extra info to the product pages for customers that are more visual & don't read product descriptions ;). The support is fabulous and very approachable.

We just started working with Video wise a little over a month ago and they have been wonderful. We work directly with Carlos who is so knowledgeable and works on our requests so quickly. We are currently A/B testing our newly added videos for the website and can't wait to see the results in 2026!

So easy to use! Videowise is user-friendly and couldn't be more simple to understand. Adding UGC video has been extremely helpful for our customers and it takes no time at all to upload and tag it. If I ever do have a question, Carlos is there whenever I need him. Couldn't ask for a better program or customer service rep!

Foi necessário traduzir algumas coisas no app devido a nossa loja ser no Brasil e eles ofereceram todo suporte, modificaram exatamente como precisamos. O Carlos nos acompanhou nas lives, deu sugestões, colocou a mão na massa e implantou e configurou o app, sem precisarmos nos preocupar. Enfim, sem palavras. Excelente!
Videowise has been incredibly easy to use, and the onboarding experience along with the ongoing strategy and support from Carlos has been top notch. The platform has made it simple to integrate video into the customer experience and drive engagement. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding the ability for comments to flow directly into the Videowise dashboard so live hosts can see them in real time.

Videowise is such a fantastic app and has elevated our site as well as lead to direct sales. Its really flexible - we use various widgets all across our site and offline for email content etc. We love the product integration and using videos in our pdp has been very impactful. Analytics and tracking are great too. The support offered is incredible-our account manager Katarina is really knowledgeable, helpful and super responsive when we need help or when we want to discuss how we can get even more out of the app.

Just never saw what justified the cost here. We were going to delete it a month or two ago and only kept it because they'd made our legacy plan free. But then we got our next Shopify bill and they'd charged us $100 again. So now we're deleting and feeling a little salty over the breach of trust... • It's really unpleasant to work with on the backend - just unintuitive in every possible way. • For us at least it doesn't deliver value to justify the price tag. Maybe we're missing some use case but there are lots of apps for embedding social content on your shop for cheaper if that's all your looking for. • Trying to reach their customer service is a non-starter. It's an AI chatbot that doesn't give substantive answers. • The UGC detect feature just wasn't that reliable or robust. It misses a lot of content that other ones pick up - not sure why. We appreciate your feedback but after further investigation we noticed that you were confused since you are on a legacy $99/mo pricing plan and not on the new free plan. Our customer service did provide a reply in chat support but we never heard back. We have contact you since to offer our assistance in getting the most out of our platform. I have experience with other video apps in the past and we were on the market to find an alternative platform that, would not only be reliable but fully featured as well. Pricing is very competitive when compared to other platforms and leads in number of features overall. I decided to give it a try and was really surprised with the helpful and amazing team, especially Stela, Chase, and Johanna. They're really the amazing trio! They were able to answer all of my questions and more than accommodated my specific use-case. On top of that, they have a "success implementation" process of sorts that ensures you hit the ground running whether you're staring new with a video platform or moving from another one like in my case. There are so many features that, I'm still processing and trying to implement for my website. It's not really a dislike so if you're really short on bandwidth, the only bad outcome is not being able to fully utilize all of the features it offers right away. Thankfully, Videowise got you covered with personalized implementation that DOES follow through in getting you to implement most of its features.

We’ve been using Videowise for our Seventy Eight and Sunny live styling events, and it’s been a learning experience. Super easy to use, and their support/dev team is incredibly responsive, always quick to fix or add features when we need them. We’re excited to integrate more of their widgets as we build out our content, but so far, it’s been a smooth ride.

Videowise has been a great experience so far for our company. We are just over a month or two in the relationship but so far & the team checks in with us frequently and guides us on additional opportunities to leverage their tool. Luciana, our main point of contact has been amazing! She sends short video clips explaining how different features work, provides regular opportunities for check in, and came to the table with a great list of ideas & suggestions before we even got started. We are a small team so additional work she has put in has been so helpful! I also love how I can ask for a suggestion on how to accomplish something with video and she provides her expertise & I love how she encourages us to bring examples of other video we've seen to see how we can incorporate the idea into our tone of voice. Since this is a new relationship for us, we don't have much in the way of reporting yet as we don't really have many products tagged however, I am already so excited to see how robust the Videowise reporting capabilities are! There is so much interesting data that they monitor and share and I cannot wait to gain some new insights as we gather some history. It's much more in-depth that the previous tool we used.
For Source Beauty, Videowise has been such a great implementation for both our business and user experience. It offers a very easy interface, where we can customize video content to fit our brand’s style, maintaining a consistent look and feel with the rest of our store. We have been exploring ways to better incorporate UGC and video content into our ecommerce website to help drive conversion and Videowise has been a great platform to use to do just that. Videowise's support team is second to none! Anastasia is the absolute best! They have been meeting weekly to ensure that our deployment is going well. They went out of their way to debug an issue that was from another app having remanent code in our site. They make very insightful and strategic recommendations on how we can use our video, what type of content they recommend, etc. We already have almost a half a million in revenue tracked through analytics of people who spent time watching our video content on the website. Overall I highly recommend them.

Videowise has been a great addition to our website, enabling us to smoothly integrate our social content on site and upload content from our community. I particularly like the product-tagging feature which allows shoppers to click on products in an image and add them to basket or view the product page.
