Customer feedback is consistent that the booking process is easy to navigate, and it steps away from the admin-intensive method of individual product variants for dates, times, that some businesses might use to offer bookings. One event pays for this for this app for the year, and the staff support has always been nothing less than absolutely excellent.

Ran two chats consecutively tonight with engineers from both apps, and it's been a seamless and smooth experience with Alan and Jackson. Can't rate them highly enough, but can highly recommend!

Appstle are excellent, with highly customisable apps and the best support I've yet encountered on Shopify. I've been on two separate chats tonight for both the Loyalty and Subscription app, speaking to two separate engineers to make sure both apps were set up right and were working together. It was incredibly fluid, easy, and the team know their products inside out, and are always willing to go that step further to make sure your store offers the very best in presentation and accessibility. Cannot fault!

I'm a questions kind of person. I like them, I think they're important, and I'd rather ask a stupid question than make a stupid mistake. Because of this, I am acutely aware that I can be what's known as a.... 'trying customer'. I no doubt have waged war on many a person's patience at the Skai Lama team, but it's been with the best will - to let me understand their product and how to best customise it for my needs. Suffice to say, their support, attention and help has been unfailing, unwavering and they have absolutely given every bit of help I could need, and more. In terms of the actual product, it's actually incredibly powerful and flexible. So much so that we now use it as our default shop-front, because of the way it cuts down on mouse-clicks and keeps your products in the eye of the viewer, through pop-up product descriptions. This has seen a general uptick in sales, along with an upsell on accompanying products through the add-on's feature. The icing on the cake for me was when the team sent me the link for their custom ChatGPT model, where I was able to get some code run off to allow me to customise how the product pop-ups look. It makes things much easier and more accessible, and is another shining example of a team who believe in 100% customer service, 100% of the time.

Very help team, ready to answer questions and more than willing to spend a significant amount of time to make sure you're getting the most out of the app. Definitely recommend it. Jackson was brilliant!
