Good chat app that needs a lot of refining done. Some issues I had are below -admin counts as a seat even if they never respond to customer chats -email ticketing aren't the most user friendly thing for customers -It cost a monthly payment to remove branding -The notifications for the chats is quiet and a single sound making them easy to miss -Permissions are broken allowing staff to delete tickets without permission -No ability to export tickets/chats making it hard to migrate away -No way to enforce security settings on agent account

Got this app to make a custom URL with my domain name. Was prompted to upgrade to use this feature and when I did I was told I need to pay for a 3rd party service to handle the short url which charges $10 a month. The upgrade wasn't a free trial either so was charged. The app also constantly prompts you too try other apps the own and will do it EVERY TIME you open it. This app only acts as a GUI and has no url shortening features which I believe is very misleading.

Our app is only the one that charges you $1.99 for the short link generator with your domain name. I used this app for about 6 months than randomly a popup appear on my website saying "NOT SECURE" DANGER. I have no idea how long this popup was up but it likely cost me thousands. I uninstalled the app and this did not remove the popup. I than found the code calling the popup and removed it. I now have a error appearing on my live website sating " Liquid error: Could not find asset snippets/social-login.liquid " and reached out to support to get it removed but no response have been received. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

Hello! We are very sorry about this. It was an issue with expired SSL certificates that was solved in just 2 hours. No insecure popup should be showing after that. We already contacted you by email. Please let me know if you get it. We are able to compensate the problems caused. Thanks!
I've been using this app for the past 2 months for my shop and the support has been amazing. Any issues you have make sure to message support they will tweak your website in a instant and are very helpful. That value you get for this app is insane I see no reason not to install it.
