Support team is indeed quick and professional and they have an app for when you are out and about. Shopify integration however is not great: - the order panel in Willdesk only displays a few products from the customers order so need to view order in shopify to see all products. - order panel in Willdesk does not display variants (sizes, colours etc.). So a lot of clicking back to Shopify for these details. - shipping type (standard / express etc.) and shipping price paid not displayed in the Willdesk order panel so again, have to go back to Shopify for that. The pricing is in our opinion a bit misleading. AI is mentioned everywhere in the app store page but you need to pay extra fees which are not disclosed on the app store page, so you might not find this out until after you have invested time evaluating the product. We do not recommend Willdesk for apparel stores or Shopify merchants that have products with variants but is an ok option otherwise. Super app! Very simple to use but very powerful! Our use case has been a need to charge fees just to a particular market so the out of the box Shopify Markets support for configuring fees has been a life-saver. Everything works as described. I tried a few other apps but struggled until this one. We had some additional complexities with some custom configurations in our store / apps and the FeeBee support team has been incredible going beyond to help. Highly recommend this app for anyone needing to charge additional fees for anything and want an app that just works and is easy to use.

Great app and great customer support!

We tried a number of similar apps and hands down this was the easiest to setup, just works and does everything we need. We are using it for some of our products that have a large number of variations (200+) as well as for adding paid product extras. The app provides critical functionality for some the highest selling products in our store and has proven to be rock solid since we started using it over 6 months ago. Support is very reliable - on the odd occasion we have had an issue with our theme and the app (or just having questions in general) support has been outstanding. A request to make a UX improvment was made within days of requesting. Pricing for the app is extremely reasonable.
