Great app and even more fantastic team. Adam and his team are proactive in reaching out and helping us take necessary actions to get fraudulent sites down. I couldn't be more grateful for their hard work and persistence on our behalf. The app alerts us and guides us through steps to take when scams occur but the StoreLock team also keep tabs for us to ensure that fraud sites are taken down. It's really nice to know that while fraud cases have been increasing, we have the StoreLock team on our side ready to help. Loving Loop! This is the best app we've worked with so far and having used ReCharge and Smartrr, Loop exceeds their capabilities and gives both us (the business) and our customers more autonomy with better UX. The true 5-stars belongs to the onboarding team. Aadi and his team are quick to answer questions and are even quicker with solutions. Highly recommend!

On its own, Alia is great in helping us further value prop our brand and educate customers - it gives us an extra leg up in conversions that may not otherwise have happened since not everyone goes to the About pages or spend much time reading . The Alia popup gamifies the experience of learning, receiving a reward, AND gives us as a business customer self-reported data through survey answers all in one flow. What makes Alia fantastic though, is the customer service. Founder Shaan actually listens to what we need and follows up with solutions and recommendations. This truly feels like a partnership and not just an app we pay for. Highly recommend. These guys are awesome.

Yesterday, I got an error message while trying to access the Smile app via Shopify, so I asked for help in Smile's website's chat window. Lisa answered and let me know that Smile was experiencing some database issues, but that the team was working on sorting things out. It was reassuring to get such a quick and transparent response, and also to be able to sign up for updates to the situation via e-mail. This morning, everything was fixed. I'm very pleased with Smile's customer service with regards to this issue, and glad to leave a positive review.
