Their features are evolving every month and they have excellent customer support. I haven't seen anything that is missing that would make this tool unusable. This is a must have for higher conversion rates.

We've used a few review apps in the past on other stores. Some will skin you with high pricing. Others will limit you with options. Very cool Size Chart app for our site. We've tried a few but Size Matters was the only one that was easy to create and customize without having to deal with so many confusing options.
