ESC Size Charts

AVOID THIS APP. This app has not been working properly for the past few MONTHS, no response from the support !!

We have been a long time customer. Today we had a new launch and started getting customer messages asking why the size charts weren't up. So we started to research and it does appear this company is defunct. They don't answer emails, quick chats or phone calls. In fact, their phone number has been deactivated for the NY office. I understand businesses close, but as a Shopify Platinum Partner this is super disappointing. No heads up was given so businesses could pivot and find a new solution for their company.

The App is suddenly not working. Have send several emails to the team. Nobody is responding. Why is this happening ?

The app backend is not opening , have emailed support , no reply in 72 hours

Was working perfectly but stopped working - have emailed support with no response

I have emailed support with no response. Dont waste your time

Subject: Suggestions for Enhancing ESC Size Specs Dear ESC Development Team, The new look of the ESC app is impressive and much appreciated. However, I noticed a few important functionalities that would make it even more efficient and user-friendly: Option to export all size specs codes. Quick toggle buttons to view Active and Draft entries. I kindly request you to review these suggestions and consider implementing them in upcoming updates. These features would add great value to the overall usability of the system. Thank you for your efforts and continuous improvements. Best regards, AWAIS TARIQ

Simple, works well, looks good. Support is fast and gets it done when you need it.

It makes handling sizing guides easy and fast. Great support.

Could not export our size charts and there is no reply from their support

Congratulations for the app that does what it should, easy to use and very clear. Thanks to the customer assistance that was fast and precise when we needed it.

Super easy to use - created size chart exactly how I needed it. Even better the pricing! Very happy with this app

We have been using this app for quite some time with great success. Recently after changing to a new Shopify theme we experienced some difficulty and I reached out for assistance. I received a prompt and most helpful response. Tech Support quickly solved our problem and got the app working again perfectly! I couldn't be happier and would give this app & company 100 stars if I could! Thank you!!

It's easy to use to I can't see the pop up link I added anymore :( But I really like the app. It's strange to need more characters lol

Perfect support service. We had an issue with the installation and they fixed it for us in less than an hour

We are a new cycling clothing wholesaler and were recommended this app by one of our accounts so that they could import product information from our site, and gain size guides specific to our products. Under pressure to get our new website live, we wrote to the developers for help with usage that was tailored to our needs. The response was quick, extremely helpful, and the developers went the extra mile to make us happy. Highly recommended! Many thanks Eastside Co.

Great app - easy to use and install into your Shopify store. A great starter size chart for newer stores.

Very good usability! Very easy to apply. It does what it should. Thank you for fast Chat for helping.

Excellent!!! I love this app so much. It's a great app. So far this is one of the best apps in shopify apps store...

ESC it's an amazing app. Intuitive, simple, clean design. Highly recommended, definitely a must have.

Cordialement, Rodolphe QUEMENER SAS AROD

Great app. Easy to use. Excellent customer service. I really recommend. I have recommend this app many websites.

LOVE IT. Works in a seamless, beautiful way. I highly recommend for anyone trying to make their product descriptions look clean and tidy while still holding all the info a customer needs.

Excellent and quick service. He customized the app for me within 1/2 day. The app is PERFECT. Highly recommended.

Had trouble installing it. They helped me within 5 minutes. Works perfect now. Great customer service!

You can't go wrong with this app - the beauty is in the simplicity and ease of use, and it doesn't add a bunch of stuff to your theme

Hi, how to edit or translate "Size Guide" link ? Thank you. Work great but this is the only negative point so far.

Amazing App with a prompt response from the support team. The response was almost like live chat support, except it was via email.

I have been battling with my stupid size charts for months, and then came this app. A lifesaver. Works really simply and easily. Being able to tag and the table places in the same place on the page is really helpful. I would like it if we had the ability to colour the tables independently but it's still fantastic and has saved me a heap of time.

EXCELLENT app, can't believe this is free! If you have a lot of different products it takes some time to get all of the data entry completed, but it's SO worth the time investment! Can't recommend this app enough!

Great App, it was exactly what I needed for my store to show different size charts for each product. Had a quick question, is there a way to change the "Size Chart" word to something else?

Excellent app! Easy to use, works perfectly for making size charts. Love how customizable it is of where the chart can be placed on the page (that takes a little poking around in the theme editor). Best of all, this app is free!

This app is so simple and so great. No gimmicks! Straightforward and easy to setup, and clean to the customer. Recommended! Would only request a way to change the size guide link text (for example from english to portuguese), and a way to have a backend chart name different from the customer facing chart title. Please do!

I use this app and the customer service is great, it has all my needs and Amrinder has been of great help

Good app, simple, achieves necessary result. Needs more flexibility in styling and how charts are assigned. However, for a free app, it does the job.

The size charts look way better than what I'd had before (tables in product description), and the app makes it easy to manage multiple different charts, and to swap out one chart for another across a whole category if I switch from one supplier to another and the sizes are a bit different. Big time saver.

It's a very easy to use app that places a nice, simple size guide in you store. They are also very responsive to help requests. I emailed them, and they solved my issue in a day.

Very good app. Lets you make as many size charts as you want. Support is amazing. Got my integration issue resolved by their support team within a day.

This app allowed us a much needed update on our size charts. It was also very helpful to be able to upload images of size charts we designed! Apart from being a very easy and flexible tool to use, the support we received from the developers was wonderful. The team was super patient and knowledgeable, and helped us resolve issues we'd been dealing with for weeks. Thank you!

I absolutely love this app and it works so well for my store and it’s super easy to set it up. and you can add different sizes on different products. i would recommend it

I have use this app several times on two different sits and I just love it!! It has a very professional look.

Compliments! We are very happy to use this app. It is very easy and intuitive to configure. It is very useful for our e-commerce. Good job!

Awesome app. Really helped me solve the problem of automatically assigning different size charts for different items based on tags. You can even double up size charts to include a fit guide or other information in the pop-up window! Minimal amount of coding to get it to work and devs were super responsive on css issues.

I used this app to re-do my size charts which now appear on each product page and on a separate page. The support team was extremely helpful and supportive. I totally recommend this app.

This app is a killer. Helped a lot for creating size charts for our rings! Fantastic and easy to use. We recommend it. great app.

I love this app. It is really easy to use and customize for different brands. It is a must for any clothing retailer.

Minimal formatting features, but we're very happy with this app! Also tested a few paid options, but this one was easy to work with and does the job. Customer service is also very helpful--walked me through making a CSS tweak.

Really simple to use app. Does exactly what it needs to do. Would definitely recommend Excellent support as well!

I love this app! Easy to install on my theme and you just have to tag the products with the same tag as the size guide you've created and BAM you've got yourself a solid sizing chart on your products! A+ app!

I love this app it's so easy to use and looks super clean on the webpage. I am using the pop up version and it's perfect!

This app allows many size charts to be used and linked to the right products, a must for selling apparel and/or footwear. So simple to use and so efficient. Would be good if it also allowed an image to be added to each size chart to show how measurements are taken. A great app.

Really good app and great support. They responded very quickly to everything I asked. I highly recomend it.

Incredible app! Works great for size charts and more! The support is great as well. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding support, clean and easy to use app and the result is so simple it’s perfect. You shouldn’t need a flashy size guide as it just makes things confusing and this does the job perfect... and it’s free. Highly recommend you download and give it a try as now we can finally move size guides from our help page to dedicated product pages!

Great app, provides easy to use and filter size charts. Would definitely recommend. Very happy with the service

Great app with a great support. Size chart may be link or button or inline. The support is really fast. If you have any issues they kindly help. Love em. Thank you guys :)

This app is very easy to use. Deserves the five stars the only thing to make this app over the top would be the ability to add pictures of how to measure the clothing rather then a script of how to do it

I like the app but i would like to see international conversion chart templates for shoes, tops , pants and such. I bet everyone else would too and your ratings and following would sky rocket. The other apps dont have this feature and I would love to see it here.

Love this app. Does exactly what I need. Easy to use and integrates perfectly with my site. The support team helped me once and they were easy to communicate with.

www.taideux.com - Women's Fuller Bust Clothing Store This app has taken my website's user experience to the next level! I was able to install a pop up size chart on each product page for FREE. Glad I found it and thanks to the team for providing support in installing the app.

Great app! Really easy to use and the developers were super quick at replying and helping us get set up. Thank you!

Very easy to install and use, pretty good to assign products and collections, would recommend - and it IS FREE

I am so happy to have found this app. It helped me create size charts for the apparel in my store. Once you get the hang of it you can create size charts with ease. Highly recommend.

I am still halfway to make size chart but looks lot easier then other apps as i tried.i hope i can gethelp if i am stuck somewhere

This app is really easy to use, the support is super helping which is what stands out from other plugins. clean and aesthetic look. simple to use and easy to understand.

Really great tech support. We have been using Size Matters for over a year with no issues. We changed our theme, and tech support guided us through how to update the change. Works great!

Nice app and nice team! I had a problem installing the app but they fixed it right away. The communication was quick and easy. I recommend the app for basic and easy size chart.

easy to use, with no coding needed. Looks great and does the job, I haven't had any issues so far. Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful in connecting the size chart to my website exactly where I wanted it and how I wanted it to look like. The size chart looks good as well =)

This is now a really good app & seems to load much more quickly. They've also made some great improvements to the structure. **The one thing still missing is a delete button on the dashboard page - you have to go into each one to delete at the bottom. Time consuming when you're regularly adding / removing products. This addition would be great!!!

Fabulous app - makes setting up size charts very simple, especially when there are multiple vendors. Does everything that I expected, and more. User friendly

Thank you so much! this app is easy to install and simple to use! the team is very helpful and efficient!

Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood

Such a great and simple app! Plus the customer support is always helpful if you get stuck in a jam. Would recommend!

Support team helped me with all problems I had. I totally recommend this app, everything works perfectly!

My www.Satin-Boutique.com is a shopping site that sells custom-made satin bedding, 1000 of lovely lingerie products as well as a huge selection of sexy footwear. Having Size Matters App on most of my products is a huge assistance to shoppers plus helps convert into orders. Brds, David Clifford

Thanks for the app ! so far it easy to make your own chart. Hopely works good in future. Thanks again

I used this app for size charting and for customer satisfied experience. It was instant with setup, I did not need to do anything. I input all sizes in cm. However I typed conversion of cm in inches in the description table and pressed saved but this did not show under my products. It would be beneficial if we could add picture size guides.

This app is extremely helpful/useful, especially since it is free and allows for smaller businesses to get moving. Thanks for this app!

Great app. i really love this app. Recommended this app to get more conversion

Size Matters is a great app if you need a size chart for your products. Eastside co also has great tech support. thanks, eastside co keep up the great work.

Easy to use. Very basic. Does it's job nicely. I think you can get the whole store set up in about 30 minutes. Well done.

I've been using the ap for some time now. Most of the times the size charts do not show up at all. Today I can't even properly create a size chart. Unfortunately I have too many products and it's not easy to switch to another ap.

I just added it, the installation is very convenient and looks very nice. But one thing is that the position it displays is below the description, if it can be displayed next to the size option.

LOVE this app and the CS is amazing. Would highly recommend. Good price too.

I had a little trouble installing this app, however I emailed the support email address and they sorted it for me in a day or so. They were also extremely helpful in getting the size charts to view in the correct place on my product pages (in an expandable tab that is part of my theme's design) so I was really happy about that as I wasn't sure if that would be possible and would have had no idea how to do it myself! Overall very professional to deal with, and now that it's up and running, the feature is extremely easy to use and functions exactly as I would hope.

Great APP, great support!!!!!

easiest way to add custom sizing to our products. Love it.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! Our size charts are gone. We cannot retrieve the sizes for hundreds of products. The developers have been completely unresponsive for weeks.

Such an easy app to work with. The support team is so prompt and so helpful! I am glad i downloaded this App. It totally works and has made everyone's life in my team super easy. Thank you :)

Really like this app. It's clean and the link or button doesn't take up any space in the description area. Customer service was great. Thank

Great app, exactly what we needed!!!

Useless, can't figure out app.

highly recommended. exactly what we were looking for. easy to install and lots of options

This app deleted all of my info on each product, it was unique links and descriptions along with artist information and category type. On more than 100 products, TERRIBLE! Over a weeks worth of work!
