The customer service is excellent and the app is great, exactly what I was looking for. Tiffany responded to my requests immediately, it is very helpful. Now I hope that the app will be a real help in the future. The previous similar app made changes without informing me, which is why the cart was blocked for 2 days, without buyers being able to place orders. hello I think that in Cart Upsell - Frequently bought, there should be a View product button, not Add to cart, because no customer buys without first seeing the product details. I think this button would be more useful than the one that is now. I sent you this message before via email, but you did not respond. Overall, the app works nice, very useful
Buna ziua, Am o problema cu codul dvs pe care l-am adaugat in shopify. Eu folosesc aplicatia dvs. de cateva luni bune. Acum, shopify a facut cateva modificari in pagina de Checkout, iar codul dvs. nu mai functioneaza. Am luat legatura cu shopify si mi-au zis ca samedayapp nu s-a updatat la noile modificari facute de ei, ceva de genul. V-am lasat si un emai. Mersi.

Best app. !!! very easy to use, the chat is excellent, in the free plan you have a lot of options, it definitely helps you increase profitability. Update 25.09.2023: for a few days no one answers on the chat... is there a problem? in the past, you answered in a few seconds. now not at all...and on e-mail it's more difficult. Update 26.09.2023: people explained to me that it was a problem with the chat application, but in the end everything I needed was solved...so, let's forget it. top app.
User to install, the dashboard is simple, you can do the configuration very easily. I give 4 stars because the changes are difficult to update in the store, you have to delete the cache memory, cookies if you want faster to show up.
I really like the application, it's exactly what I need, both myself and the buyers. I recommend it with confidence, it works really well, and it's free.
