Absolutely love the Smile.io Loyalty and Rewards app. It really incorporates everything we need to build our engagement and customer retention. Smile's support throughout our onboarding has been exceptional. Christian, in particular, really went above and beyond to ensure no stone was left unturned when it comes to ensuring our Loyalty Program has been set up for success and provided so many recommendations and tips and a great follow up email so we get the most from the Smile.io App. Amazing suggestions and really excellent support for our program.
