We have some challenges during implementation but the Tolstoy team has been very helpful and supportive in helping to resolve all the issues. I like the UI, not much customization is needed, it goes with any theme. It is also super easy to import your videos and it has been running smoothly on our site.
I appreciate the customer service chat feature - Mathías in particular! He was able to help me out with an issue in a very timely manner.
