Zipchat is user friendly, easy to understand and simple to implement. We were live with 3 brands in less then a day. Up to speed: They add new features that are actually useful quite often. It's really worth to check the changelogs. I definitely recommend it Zipchat!

We love the simplicity of the app. Everything is quick to set up and it works reliably.
