The experience one has with shopify apps almost always comes down to the expertise of the support staff. Consentmos support team have been excellent. They fixed a Microsoft requirement that Microsoft couldn't fix themselves. The only gripe I had was the AI chat support needs to be adjusted to know when its out of its depth, or going in circles, and hand off to a human sooner.

Have been using Judge.me for many years. Have recently been implementing more of the widgets across the site for better review visibility. The Judgeme support team were on hand and very quick to assist and even make minor changes to the theme to ensure everything looked perfect.
Simple, no nonsense app that does what it says it does. Support is excellent, very quick to respond and knowledgable.
Have implemented a few blocks now and they have greatly improved the look of our website. There was some minor adjustments needed to one of the blocks to make it look right on our heavily customized theme and the support team sorted it within minutes.
This app is a must have for stores with large number of product listings. Due to adding a new market, 6000+ google shopping field errors appeared over night, which limited google traffic to the website. This needed to be fixed quickly. With the Hextom app a series of product and variant updates were quickly applied, clearing the google errors and allowing google traffic to recover. Additionally, there was an issue with blank dropdown menus appearing for hundreds of products, an issue that had persisted for years. This was able to be fixed in about 10 minutes with the direction of the excellent support team.
