We are using this app for generating GST bills for a long time and we are very happy with it. Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage.
Joyce helped us understand the problem with tracking and was able to explain the steps that will solve our problem.

Their customer service is really good. The SMS product is also great. One feature request would be to help easily tag customers. I only wish they could have whatsapp integrated as well.
The app works great and Robert has been very helpful whenever i have needed his help. I highly recommend this app. He went out of this way to make changes to the code as well.
I use a page builder app called shogun and installing the judge.me app on our product and non-product pages on both desktop and mobile was quite complicated. The judge.me team has been very patient and responsive and supportive and helped me a lot through the installation process. Thank you.
the app has been very easy to use and useful. i do wish they had a lower cost plan to optimize a smaller number of emails. out of 26-28 shopify notifications, we needed to optimize about 10-12 only. i hope the team supports us if we have any issues (none so far)

That's actually a very good idea and not something I had considered that people may be interested in :) Now that Shopify have SO many different emails that they support, it could make sense to offer an "Essentials" pack as well. it's been a breeze building pages. while the functionality may not be extensive it certainly is sufficient for any new brand / company who wants to get off the ground. the customer support has also been quick and efficient.
