We’ve had an excellent experience with Redo and use them for all of our shipping labels, returns, and warranties. Their platform has streamlined our post-purchase operations and made things much easier for both our team and our customers. We also do a lot of A/B testing, which has been incredibly valuable. Redo’s Conversion Cloud has been especially impactful, giving us the ability to test and optimize our post-purchase experience and continuously improve conversion and retention. Love these guys! We were having some issues with product being damaged by careless shipping and these guys have been saving us! Great investment for our business.
