SyncBase is the exact solution we were looking. The integration setup was incredibly quick and very easy, everything was setup in minutes and fully synced in a few hours. The near real-time integration is lightning fast and has worked flawlessly in both directions. Théau and the entire team really went above and beyond taking the time to understand our specific use case. We highly recommend this app and team!

We have been using Grid & Pixel for just over a month. The onboarding process was quick, efficient, and well executed. After having an onboarding call to review our brand, goals, and struggles, the team setup a full range of flows for us and had them ready to launch in about two weeks. Everything they came up with was on brand, refreshing, and exciting and the results we are seeing are amazing. It only took 3 weeks for these new Klaviyo flows to surpass the revenue generated by our old flows (which had been running for over a year). Everyone we have interacted with has been fantastic and we are thrilled with the delivery of everything that was promised!

We've been using the POS system for the last 18 months. This was our second smart POS system but the first that integrated inventory between website and retail store. The integration has been a blessing and we have found a tremendous amount of value in having one system. While there are enhancements and quality of life improvements that we would like to have, the Point of Sale is in a place where we can use it for 100-200 transactions per day without any significant issues. We currently have three registers (all iPads) with Bluetooth card readers, 2D scanners, and Epson receipt printers.

Fantastic app. Does all of the custom options that we needed for our assortments and was very easy to setup. We had one issue that required us to reach out to customer support, but Angie and Polina were amazing. They understood our issue the first time and were able to make the edits needed to resolve it quickly and accurately. This app is a must have for our shop! Update: The team is all fantastic. We've had a couple of additional issues come up as we've started to use additional parts of the system. Custom choices were not displaying the way we wanted on packing slips. We sent a message to the team and they were (once again) very quick to make edits to our packing slip so that the information displayed the way we needed. Can't say enough about their fantastic service!
