Makes Perfect Scents

Propel Replays has been such a great tool for my Shopify store! I love being able to actually see how customers are interacting with my website instead of just looking at numbers and trying to guess what’s happening. The replays have helped me see where customers are clicking, what they’re looking at, and where they may be getting stuck or leaving. It’s given me a much better understanding of how people are navigating my store and has helped me identify things I can improve. As a small business owner, I’m always trying to make my website better and make the shopping experience as easy as possible for my customers, and Propel Replays has been really helpful with that! It’s easy to use, gives me information I can actually DO something with, and I’ve really enjoyed having it on my Shopify store. Definitely recommend it to other Shopify store owners who want to better understand their customers and improve their website!

Wow! Discounty has been great for my Shopify! I needed help getting my discounts set up and couldn’t figure it out myself, and Pearl was the agent who helped me. She was SOOO helpful and I can’t thank her enough! She got everything set up and working quickly, walked me through everything, and even checked back in afterward to make sure everything was still going smoothly. The discounts have been working wonderfully, and I’m so excited to continue using Discounty! Pearl was absolutely amazing and made the whole process so easy for me. I highly recommend getting Discounty! We're so grateful for your kind words, and it's wonderful to hear that our support team got everything set up and running smoothly for you so quickly. It's especially lovely that they took the time to walk you through the process and then followed up to make sure all was well. We're excited for you to keep using Discounty, and we're always here if you ever need anything.
