I have just been using the Easify App for a little over a week on our Shopify E-Commerce Store and am a huge fan of the app already and looking to use it on some of our other Marketplaces as well. Hoa with Tigren support has been a blessing and has been very responsive and provides quick solutions to any questions, concerns or assistance I have needed. An app is only as good as the support behind it, and Dan does an amazing job of standing behind his product. He is fast to respond, friendly, knowledgable and thorough with his responses, he even helped us think of a few things we didn't think of on our own. Shogun platform and support are amazing. It is so simple to learn and use, and we are actually able to do more iterating through page layouts and designs than we thought possible. We have tried several approaches to optimizing our pages in the past, and nothing compares to the simplicity of Shogun, and the clarity of data that comes with testing. The level of service is the best of any plugin we have experienced. Support response is very fast and friendly, and the responses we receive are thorough and help us accomplish our goals.

Awesome customer service. Great customization for different shipping rates for all different needs. Definitely would recommend giving the app a shot.
