Dan has been extremely helpful, thorough, and informative throughout the whole setup process, and we are looking forward to working with him and his team!

Dan went above and beyond. Not only did he solve my implementation issue, which was my fault. He also found and fixed a data definition issue in my cart unrelated to the app. That is integrity. I'm also pleased with how easy it was to customize the design myself. I have very rudimentary knowledge when it comes to programming and coding so anything that allows me to avoid paying exorbitant fees for what should not be terribly difficult is awesome. Highly recommended!

Great App! Many ways to increment avg ticket and increase margins. Their customer service can´t be beat! Simply the best team to work with, check their other app which I gladly (as a very satisfied user) recommend aswell!

needed the features that this app offered but they need to use ONLY the cart they offered, you can't use it with default shopify cart. 2. i have a few electronics products that required extended warranty but there is no option to choose warranty only if some SKU added to cart, it will offer to ALL products that it stupid. i played around 10mins and deleted the app. also there is no chat in app , so nobody will help you asap. Dear ILLIA Kostenko, You are complaining about support but you didn't wrote anything to us so your target was just to discredit the app. When our merchants write to us, they get back directly from one of our app engineers ready to help them. FYI, our merchants are generating a ROI of 1000x to 10000x just by using our cart features, but our cart is designed only for professionals who have an idea how to use it or know how to write an email to the support team. There are certain limitations inside Shopify and the dynamic fee calculation is tricky as it must be calculated whenever the cart price changes. Having a whole cart with all these feature and functionality is far easier, faster and more stable, more performant and it can be integrated into multiple themes easier. Our cart editor was created so we can create advanced cart design that match our customer brands, run A/B split testing, custom promotions, Purchase Protection upsells, or use custom designs while keeping everything lightweight and fast. Playing with the app for 10 minutes free of charge just for fun is a clear intention to destroy our app reputation.

This app is legit. It has great functionality and doesn't impact your store's speed at all. In addition, as has been stated in other reviews, the service behind this app is outstanding. We had an issue that required custom work to make the app function properly and they went above and beyond to make it all happen. The app is great and the support behind it is even better. This app pays for itself. The insurance feature has helped us recover a ton of losses due to packages going missing. It also reduces ticket time and frustration from the customer. I'm always wary of apps and how they'll work on my site, but Dan from customer service addressed every concern with lightning quick responses. Really happy!

We used this app after seeing it in action on a competitors site and really could not be happier. The service has been amazing and it really does improve average order value. The services and the upsells are both selling without massive discounts.

Supercart is hands down one of the best cart systems I have ever seen on Shopify. Instantly after turning on I started making money with shipping insurance and donations. Over 70% of my orders are getting upsells. I am currently two weeks in, and supercart has generated me over $7200 extra. Starting off the user interface can be very daunting, but the developers worked around the clock with me because I knew I wanted to implement the features. It is 50000% worth it.

A useful & practical app. We used it to add extended returns & gift packaging services for the holiday season. There are plenty of other services as well. The promos & bundles are also one-of-a-kind features to bundle & promote products in the cart.

Supercart is a perfect example of what an app should be. The app itself is well designed, and incredibly straightforward. Within minutes, we were able to inject two new revenue streams into our business with the potential for more. The ease of use is just mind blowing, as we ran into no functional issues. The app itself is only matched by their support team. Aside from receiving prompt and on topic support, they went above and beyond our specific questions. Dan and the team helped adapt the design of the cart to our particular implementation leading to a seamless UX. None of our questions went unanswered, in fact answers were faster than support we have received from other app designers. I cannot personally recommend this app enough, and would be shocked if other businesses did not feel an immediate impact after implementation. Dan and team will take care of you as well.

The conversion rate for the add-ons is phenomenal. I'm using Rush Processing and Order Insurance and about a third of customers are selecting one or both. Saves them emailing or calling to request rush service. Better for them and better for us :) Plus, Andrei's support is superb. Fast and friendly. I'll be recommending his Supercart app to my fellow shopify store owners.
