The app and UI is very nice. Very easy to use and it does convert. The problem is, many times there is a 1-3 second delay in seeing the item in your cart. It makes me wonder how many sales are lost because of this issue. Hopefully they can solve the lag issue because I'm not sure it's worth the upsells if I'm losing sales altogether from the lag.
If you are looking for somewhere to throw away money, this is it! This app did absolutely NOTHING to preserve my settings or customizations. I bought it because upgrading normally wasn't keeping even some basic settings. Figured this would help. Nope. This was a simple upgraded. Already on shopify 2.0, so not an issue with that. EDIT: Regarding their reply... My theme settings were able to be transferred over to my new theme because I did it all manually myself. Please don't try and infer that this app had anything to do with that. Come on now.

Hi Glowy Zoey team! Unfortunately, third party app code is not always able to be transferred over automatically, especially if there are significant changes made to the theme files. Luckily, Theme Updater Plus is able to identify the code that will need to be manually transferred! I've got the same issue that so many do. TikTok store suspended with no reason given and no reply to support ticket. Been in business 8 years and are verified on Facebook and instagram with no issues. TikTok has been a huge pain to deal with. I also didn't get ad credits promised long ago. I wouldn't bother until they get their act together.
Was paying way too much for another review app and decided to make the switch. Very glad I did. Support is amazing and I think Judge.me is actually better than the high priced reviews apps out there.
This is probably one of the best designed and well-thought-out apps I've ever used. My emails look 1,000 times better. It's crazy shopify doesn't already have a built in editor for emails like this app. Totally worth the 1 time price.
