Being a skincare brand, reviews are a huge brand asset to me and always have been. I really love Judge.Me... especially after years with Yotpo (booo.) Switching platforms last year was very quick and easy. I've found integration with my other tools to be simple (Shopify of course, Meta, Appstle Loyalty and Klaviyo), I love the SEO power it gives me, I love the way the interface looks and the variety of ways to use reviews on my site, and my customers find it easy to use. But best of all is the customer support!! Their Ai agent Fin is good, but when he (it?) gets stuck, human help is quick to respond! Marina helped me through some random glitch (she actually just fixed it for me from her end), and got my Meta integration running smoothly again within a few minutes!

So far I am having a great experience with Tiny SEO. Makes SEO simple and organized to tackle, and customer service goes above and beyond.

So far so great! I'm just starting to migrate over from Yotpo Loyalty, but my first impressions of Appstle have been excellent. Help with migration from Adrian was immediate and and executed without a hitch. I'm excited to set up this new rewards program!

Dec. 2021 update: still love the app. In all these years, only minor issues, ever. Had one recently (reviews not showing up), and Mark Oliver was amazing with his support. Very thorough, great follow up and fixed the issue very quickly! Best Shopify app I've ever used, and in 10 years, there's been MANY!! 2014 review: I freaking LOVE this app! Really popular with my customers. Adds a ton of trust to potential buyers. Highly recommended!

Works well, is customizable, and has very good support (we had an issue with one of our redirects, and it was resolved very quickly). Settled on this redirect app after trying several others.
