Fantastic customer service. Andrii, the CS rep I dealt with, spent a looong time trying to get the sale I wanted up and running. His step-by-step instructions were very clear. In the end, it turned out that what I wanted to do wasn't supported, but that seems to be the case everywhere I look. But still, truly excellent CS and the app itself seems pretty robust overall as well.

I've been using the BIG Digital Downloads app for getting downloads of my movie and music to customers, and it's been really excellent. It was easy to set up, and it has worked exactly as I wanted it to. Zero complaints really. In addition, their customer service has ben excellent, and even pro-active. And it's a real person I've dealt with each time! So, yeah, very high marks on every level here.
