App works great and the interface is user-friendly. The support is also great, we had a request to implement a new feature, which was implemented on the same day.

Are we the only one wondering why it isn't possible with ShipX to calculate delivery rules for shopping baskets with added discounts or do we just oversee a simple setting possibility?

Einfaches Onboarding mit persönlicher Betreuung, sehr gute Integration in Shopify und Gorgias, schneller und kompetenter Support. Das Portal aus Kund*innen-Perspektive ist sehr ansprechend und einfach in der Bedienung, sodass wir nur wenig nacharbeiten müssen. Ein paar Features, wie z.B. das Ändern von Bestellungen direkt im Dashboard & das Umtauschen in Varianten mit geringerem Preis sind bisher noch auf unserer Wunschliste und hoffentlich bald verfügbar - dann wäre die App perfekt.
