Before using the Lionz eBay app, we had to create all our eBay listings manually. Now, creating listings directly from our Shopify products takes just a few seconds! But the real game changer is the automatic inventory synchronization between Shopify and eBay. When a product sells out on Shopify, Lionz automatically removes the corresponding eBay listing, eliminating the risk of selling products we no longer have in stock. This app has saved us countless hours and made managing our eBay store so much easier. Highly recommended!

We recently moved our Shopify/eBay inventory management from Sellbrite to Lionz Studio. There has been a learning curve, particularly with an established catalog of around 2,000 products, and there are a few features from Sellbrite that I would still like to see added. However, Lionz is working well for us and the customer service has been excellent—responsive and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions. The app also provides very good value compared with some of the more expensive alternatives. I’m looking forward to seeing how it continues to develop.

Unbelievably better than Shopifys own eBay sync option 'Market Place Connect' which is slow and honestly painful to work with. Lionz is completely the opposite. We export to eBay manually due to the requirements of our business and Lionz makes it simple and is very quick. Timo and Greg were both great helps setting it all up with our templates and the initial onboarding. We've used them for three of our stores and helped with each one so deserve three great reviews. Thanks guys!!

Issues : Need to get support for linking all the eBay products, product export takes way too long, 11mins each time and they talk about export slots.!! I wouldn't recommend unfortunately! Easy to understand the app and other features however product export process, what products been exported very difficult to identify. Product classifications has to be done in Shopefy which is cumbersome! Customer support - just replied to first two emails and then no news from them.

Regarding the export: products are processed in batches to ensure reliable communication with eBay and to stay within eBay's API limits. The app itself does not limit how many products you can export. We're also happy to help you link your existing eBay listings and review your setup with you. Many of these steps only need to be configured once, and we'll gladly assist you personally. Great customer service, and the syncing power is amazing. I have been battling syncing apps and this is a good one - I am using it for ebay. IF you use shopify you need this app to put your shopify products on another marketplace like ebay. Add ship station app and you are on your way to reducing your time fulfilling orders and over paying for labels. Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! Recently switched to this app from another ebay sync app and wish I had done this sooner! The app is very straightforward and easy to use and they provide fantastic support. I asked for a tweak to the way automated exports work for our store and they custom coded it just for us, free of charge. Highly recommend!

Super application qui permet de facillement mettre en ligne sur Ebay des cartes à collectionner à l'unité. C'est facile de gérer les collections que nous voulons envoyer sur Ebay et qu'il se classe automatiquement dans les catégories Ebay souhaitées.

I can't see any orders in the app to check that everything is syncing properly. It also says I have 0 products linked, yet I have 5 products linked. I don't feel the app is very transparent. I can't see orders from Ebay, I can't look at the products that are linked. It is way too basic UPDATE: The developers got in touch and added the feature I was looking for and I can now see the orders from Ebay and make sure they synced properly. Thanks for quickly correcting the problem and I hope to continue to see the app become more streamlined and user friendly.

UPDATE (June 19, 2026): The requested Order Sync History page is now available directly within the app. Sellers can now view imported eBay orders and their synchronization history without leaving the app. ------- Thank you very much for your feedback. The most important point for other sellers: Order and inventory synchronization works reliably. eBay orders are transferred correctly to Shopify, and inventory levels are automatically updated when sales are made. You’re right that the current app doesn’t yet offer a dedicated overview page for imported orders, since these are visible by default on the official Shopify orders page. Based on your feedback, we’re already working on an additional view for orders and associated products. This feature will be available in the coming days. We greatly appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve the app. If you have any questions or issues, we’re always happy to help.
Useless, not transparent. sync works. export doesnt as its say no limit. on the app page its say no limit. but when you try to export the app says upgrade to higher plan which is not mentioned on the the app page. more clarity is needed. 2 start only because we manage to link some of product to the ebay.

The limitation you're seeing is not imposed by our app, but by your eBay account's listing limits. eBay determines these limits based on your seller account and the total available inventory of your listings. Our app itself has no product limit. To help sellers maximize their available eBay listing limits, we've built a native Inventory Optimization feature into the app. It intelligently optimizes the inventory sent to eBay, allowing many more products to be listed while keeping stock synchronized correctly with Shopify. If the message you saw was unclear, we'll review the wording and improve it to avoid misunderstandings for other sellers. We're always happy to help explain eBay's account limits, configure the Inventory Optimization feature, or answer any questions. Please feel free to contact us anytime.

Für unsere Anforderungen perfekt, alle wichtigen Funktionen vorhanden. Sehr intuitive Bedienung und einfache Einrichtung. Großes Lob auch an den Service - Antworten kommen express in wenigen Stunden. (teilweise sogar Minuten!)

After inkfrog shut down, I had to find another app. This one syncs orders almost immediately. The customer service is top notch. I'm still getting used to it, but overall I recommend it. Syncing with already existing ebay listings was made fairly easy.

Very good app with great support from Timo! We switched from Inkfrog to this app after Wix decided to shut down Inkfrog and we could not be happier. 5 stars and even faster sync between Shopify and eBay than for example Inkfrog. Only thing I miss is user controlled description templates but the support team will help you to add one default and they have user-controlled description template on their to-do list. :) Recommended!

Great app. Syncs existing eBay listings to shopify products which is exactly what we needed. Inventory, images etc, everything works well.

I have had this app for a while now, and I'm happy to say that I'm impressed by its performance. The syncing of the product inventory and prices is done very nicely. Additionally, it employs smart features for keeping in check with the eBay policies. The customer support has also been on point and expeditious. Kudos to the app and its team.

Wir haben zuvor die interne App von Shopify (Marketplace Connect) genutzt. Diese war jedoch sehr langsam und ließ sich nicht nach unseren individuellen Wünschen anpassen. Auf der Suche nach einer Alternative sind wir auf die Lionz GmbH gestoßen und was soll ich sagen: Timo hat uns von der ersten Sekunde bis zur finalen Umsetzung perfekt begleitet! Really poor. Does not sync properly. Takes forever to load up ebay listings. The only feature that works is the order sync, and even that takes some time to reflect.

Our review revealed that inventory sync is disabled in your app settings. In this state, the app cannot perform inventory updates between Shopify and eBay, which directly affects synchronization and listing load times. Generally, all of our app’s sync processes run smoothly and in real time, provided the relevant settings are enabled. The delay in order syncing that you mentioned is also usually related to the selected configurations. We’d be happy to help you set up the settings correctly so that everything runs smoothly. This app has been a great help. Support has been excellent from the developer. We have been facing one or 2 challenges at the beginning and help has always been just an email away. Any issues we haven't been able to resolve ourselves the developer has taken care of for us so far. All this for a relatively low monthly cost makes this app an excellent value proposition. While it will not do everything automatically, you wil have to put in some work yourself, it does what we need it for. It is very good at importing our ebay listings in to shopify, which is a great starter help to populate our store with product quickly. It syncs qts perfectly as far as we can tell, having had no issues with overselling. We have only just started using the export feature and some challenges there remain, but we are already working together with the developer on solutions fro our particular use case. All in all a great app and service we have no hesitation in recommending this for your ebay sync.

This is the best value in Shopify apps for any Ebay seller that has a shopify website. The team is amazingly responsive and helpful. The app is 100% reliable and makes life easy. It saves me endless hours of creating products and literally takes the place of expensive crosslisting software. works great! Update: I had an issue syncing my large catalogue (500+ SKUs) and the development team took care of it, writing a piece of code to do it automatically. They made sure everything was working for me, free of charge. Saved me HOURS AND HOURS of doing in manually. Definitely a hard recommend on this app.
