The support team at Data Export was very responsive and helpful in addressing my concern. They quickly resolved the issue, and everything is now working perfectly.

We've hit 100% of our SMS limit but only 32% of our email limit; however, our emails are not sending as well. Support team has not resolved the issue for more than a week already.
