Shopify's default free gift promotion capabilities are really lackluster, so what Monk provides in their app is far superior. Their support was really helpful and fast, getting the app to work properly in my custom theme. Their app is proving to be a crucial part of my store's success during our busy holiday season. Thanks to everyone at Monk! Highly recommended.

There are a few appointment app options for Shopify stores, which makes it tricky to choose one. What makes Appointo the choice for me is the OUTSTANDING customer service. Priyanshu and his other team members were able to meet a lot of specific needs and adjustments for the app to work well with my online store. The app has some room for improvement in terms of design customization, but hopefully, that will come in a future update.

First and foremost, I want to emphasize how impressed I was with the level of customer service provided by the BSS team, particularly Jena and Vu Minh Hieu. They went above and beyond to ensure that the software was customized to fit my store's unique needs, answering all of my questions and offering expert guidance every step of the way. As for the software itself, I couldn't be happier with its functionality and ease of use. The ability to add labels and badges to my products has been a game-changer, helping me to better highlight certain items and increase sales as a result. The software integrates seamlessly with Shopify, allowing for a smooth and hassle-free experience. One of the standout features of BSS Product Labels & Badges is its flexibility - there are a wide range of customization options available, from choosing the size and placement of the labels to selecting from a variety of pre-made templates or creating your own. This level of customization allows me to tailor the software to fit my brand perfectly, and ensures that my products stand out in a crowded marketplace. Overall, I highly recommend BSS Product Labels & Badges to any Shopify store owner looking to improve their product listings and increase sales.

This is the only product options app thus far that has been powerful enough to do everything my store needs. The support is also very helpful with any issues and customizations for my theme. There is a bit of a learning curve, which is to be expected, but overall very easy to use. Highly recommended!
