Hello, I installed this App for images optimization. At first it was confusing, but I started to Chat with Ricky, he was very helpful and very patient. I really wanted to add the BLOCKIFY App to my Shopify store, after having for almost 2 months thousands of bots from China trying to invade my store. I felt that the App was confusing and difficult to understand. So Florence from support chatted with me for very long time, sending me screenshots and staying with me until I would understand. She was so knowledgeable about the APP, she was very patient, she has been really wonderful in the way she tried her best to help me. Florence stayed with me until the app was connected to my store. My Shop Mobile App was taken from me when I had a fraudulent charge back. After 6 months I WON the fraudulent charge back and was happy that I got Shop back on my phone. So, what happened is really horrible, all of a sudden I am getting Retailers I don't care about selling their products on my phone, some videos etc... This is a BIG MESS !!! Retailers and Videos are mixed up with my Brand, I like to know if some other Merchants have the same experience. VintageArtReprints.com, My store is the only Brand which should be selling on my phone. I sent a message to SHOP, they send me back a ticket and said somebody will call me or send an email, this was 3 days ago, they still have not done anything !! Support is not very good. I don't really know about the APP. I like to know if some other Merchants have the same experience !!
Klaviyo support is wonderful !!! I have a Shopify store for more than 10 years, I never has such an incredible Support from any other App or Company related to Shopify.
