Excellent support and optimization service I’m very satisfied with the support provided by the Avada team, especially Christian. They were helpful, professional and available throughout the entire optimization process. They helped improve my Shopify store’s Core Web Vitals and mobile performance, carefully optimized the theme on a duplicate version, and guided me through the testing process before publishing. They also helped with image ALT text optimization and provided additional support and quota when needed. I really appreciated the communication, attention to detail and the fact that I could review everything before making the optimized theme live. Thank you to the Avada team for the excellent assistance and support!
So far so good. I have just started with Avada for our very large site/inventory and Christian was able to put my mind at ease that the items I have been dealing with myself could be taken care of in a few days. That's a massive improvement for what would take me a couple of weeks to fix for over 40K items. I will review again once I have had time working with Avada and their different apps. So far a 5-star rating was an easy decision.

Very Happy. Team Member Tobias was able to explain how my shop's design features have had an impact on the rate at which customers are able to access my home and product landing pages. He also explained the benefits of various subscription so that when we expand our platform support we will be able to decide which option is best for our growing customer base.

This app is absolutely fantastic! My store has become much faster since I started using it, and I owe a huge amount of credit to Miss Christian who was so happy to help me.
I downloaded the apps and subscribed to them, and I uninstalled them right after, as it did not serve anything. I sent an email for a refund, but I never got any response will not recommend them

Tobias was super helpful in setting everything up effortlessly for us. We have an insane number of images which puts us over Shopify's media limit (that feels like a new limit btw). AppPlaza and Tobias to the rescue! Don't hesitate - this was one of the easiest, most effective apps we've utilized on Shopify.
Great app and easy to use. Pamela from the support team helped me to get through automatique conversion (had around 900 images) with ease. Managed to save almost 2GB making my website load faster.
Ricky helped me a lot. I signed up for a month free trial to optimize my images and now my website is running more smoothly. He also answered my questions about how everything would work. It was an easy process and I'm excited about not having to re-load all of my images at a lower size, which was what I was planning to do before finding this app.
