Nilou was absolutely fantastic to work with! She helped me troubleshoot a subscription issue quickly and made the whole process effortless. What really stood out was her clear communication, every step was explained in a way that was easy to follow, and she made me feel like I was in great hands from start to finish. She’s professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about resolving the problem, which made the experience stress-free. Honestly, working with someone as responsive and knowledgeable as Nilou turns what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth, positive one. Highly recommend!
