Escalated a customer portal issue and Aaron had it solved the same day. We had a subscriber who could not find where to manage her subscription, and when we dug into the setup we found a few things that needed changing. Aaron helped us sort it out and unlocked the embedded portal for us on the spot, no back and forth The app itself does what we need. Customers can now skip, pause, reschedule and cancel from inside their own account, and the renewal reminders mean nobody gets charged by surprise anymore. Setup took some configuration to get right, but the settings we needed were all there once we knew where to look. What made the difference here was the support. Aaron, specifically. Getting a real answer the same day from someone who actually fixes the thing is rare.

I've been using Subi for a couple of years now. I give the support 5 stars. Nilou was super useful and responsive. They recently added smart recovery as part of their base package (meaning you no longer need to buy the feature as an add-in). That bumped my score from 4 to 5 stars.

Using this app has been pretty easy. I feel like sometimes it is hard to navigate or there are features missing, but the help team is always there and has been great in fixing bugs or adding features when needed. I spoke with Nilou a few times last week with some questions, and she was AMAZING. She was so helpful, and when I need to do something in the app that wasn't possible, the team literally worked to add the feature in real time. I was super impressed!

Après un tout petit peu d'attente (seulement quelques minutes), Sam a bien pris soin de me répondre avec grande attention et politesse. On a répondu à mon questionnement de façon claire, en français et compréhensible. Il y a aussi l'option IA au début qui peut dépanner, mais je préfère de loin discuter avec une vraie personne. Ce qui a été le cas et je l'ai grandement apprécié. L'option de pouvoir envoyer des "screenshot" est top ! MERCI :)

I am sitting at a 75% payment decline rate from the way this app processes card declines. Their payment links break after 1/2 years and your customers will just churn based on their poor network link with the banks/cards. Use the native Shopify Subscription app it's much better with card issues and payment declines.

We had been thinking about offering subscriptions on and off over the years, and finally decided to give the idea a try. After a good deal of research, and discussion about which features were most important to us, we chose Subi. With friendly support and advice from Rick, we made sure we understood the terms and conditions before installing and setting up the app for a trial. After nearly a year, we continue to await a first subscriber—but we are confident that that lucky customer will have a good experience.

This app is really great. It offers a really vast amount of features and options. Some of the widgets that you embed are not as customizable as I would like but they work well and don't break. It is however a bit pricy. The free plan offers a decent amount to get started but most of the great features you will want are behind the higher upgraded plans. The starter plan doesn't have much, but it has just enough to make you want to upgrade to a higher plan. However the price difference between Starter and "Subi" plans is absurd. Its a 10x price jump. I would love to give it a 5 star however the pricing plans need a rework, so for that i have to give it 4 stars.

Very disappointing experience. Initial support from Nilou was great, and we were given confidence that our store could access new features, including Build Your Box. Based on that, we built a large part of our subscription setup and site launch around Subi. Then, months later, our account was suddenly suspended with no proper warning because we sell wine. This should have been picked up before granting access — not after we had already built around the app. It has caused a major disruption to our launch and left us scrambling to find another solution, we are unsure if they will revoke this urgent matter as they seem to be very brutal with how they operate. If Subi does not support certain industries, that needs to be made extremely clear before onboarding merchants or giving them early access. REALLY FRUSTATING, poorly handled, and a massive waste of time for our team and investment in them.

This app works perfectly well for e-commerce if you would like to have recurring orders from customers under subscription plan. It is easy to navigate, user friendly. Their support team (Ms Nilou) has been very helpful in recommendations. Honestly, you need to try it.

So far, this app has been able to meet most of my needs, and it offers a good variety of features and options. The team is continuously improving and updating the app, and overall the experience has been really positive. Definitely worth trying out. Also, whenever I ran into issues, I could easily reach out to their team for support. Responses were fairly quick, and most problems were resolved smoothly. Communication has been easy throughout, and the team has been very patient and helpful.

We have been using this subscription app for a while it's one of the best ones on Shopify for us. their are a lot of useful features and easy to setup pricing is also great and the response time. : ) will be upgrading to their higher plans as our business grows.

I'm a few months in, and mostly smooth sailing so far. A few caveats: 1) I hired some custom coding (outside of Subi) to get the subscription widgets to show in a more clear and effective manner. 2) Some things are a bit unclear or clunky at the outset, like payment reprocessing in the event of a failed payment. Their AI chatbot gave me a completely wrong answer regarding this the first time this occurred, resulting in me sending several duplicate shipments. 3) Once you get past the AI chatbot, most of the customer service team have been very helpful, with the exception of one guy who I just avoid if I see his name come up. But, given the complexity of handling subscriptions, this has been very serviceable, was relatively easy to set up, and has been fairly easy to maintain other than a clunky bit or two. A learning curve is to be expected when you dive into something like this.

SUPER easy to setup and the customer service was immediately available to assist. Thanks to Harry, the support rep I had my service membership subscription live in literally just a few minutes.
